Omni Counseling Center offers low-cost support for everyone. Our counselors will listen without judgment, teach you and your family the skills to communicate, cope, and overcome obstacles and make good choices to help you find the life you deserve.

Our Services
Omni Counseling Center offers a diverse counseling staff trained to help with a variety of life’s challenges. We offer programs for individuals, including children and teens, as well as couples, families, and groups.

• Child behavioral issues
• Family conflict
• Marriage closeness and communication
• Stress, anxiety and depression
• Job or unemployment stress
• Coping with significant life changes
• Grief, loss, and betrayal
• Trauma
• Managing emotions, including anger control

In addition to helping children and teens with many of the situations above, our trained staff can help them deal with their unique difficulties.

• Divorce or custody issues
• Drug, alcohol, and negative influence from friends
• Abuse and exposure to violence

We also offer unique services, such as hypnotherapy, community mediation, and faith-based counseling, and have Spanish-speaking counselors on staff.

Experience You Can Trust
Omni Youth Programs has been providing youth and teen services, counseling, family strengthening, and skill-building in Sacramento for over 30 years.

Building upon this experience, we have added new counseling staff specifically for the counseling center. Omni Counseling Center therapists have all completed graduate programs with master’s degrees in counseling or clinical social work and have several years’ professional experience. The intern staff is overseen by a fully-accredited, licensed clinical supervisor. You can make an appointment in confidence, knowing you will be cared for by an experienced professional.

Our Rates
We believe professional counseling should be available to everyone, so we offer a sliding scale to make sure each client gets the care they need.

Service & Fee

-- Individual Counseling: $40
(sliding scale fee: $20-$40)

-- Couples Counseling or 2 individuals from the same family or household: $45
(sliding scale fee: $25-$45)

-- Family Counseling: $50
(sliding scale fee: $30-$50)

-- Group Counseling: $10 Per Person

Hours of Operation
The center provides daytime, evening, and weekend hours to accommodate your schedule.

-- Mondays: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm &
2:00 pm - 7:00 pm

-- Fridays: 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm

-- Saturdays: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
